IT’s Jackson Robert Scott Leads Nicholas McCarthy’s New Untitled Horror Film

Wow, Jackson Robert Scott AKA Georgie from Stephen King’s IT seems to be all the rage lately. After all, he just scored a role in Andy Muschietti’s upcoming TV adaptation of Joe Hill’s “Locke & Key”, and today we have news that Scott will play the lead in The Pact director Nicholas McCarthy’s new untitled horror film, formerly known as Descendant, alongside Taylor Schilling (‘Orange Is the New Black”).

I was a big fan of The Pact so I’m already looking forward to this film, but add in Scott and Schilling and I’m there. What do you think of the untitled horror film thus far? Let us know below!

McCarthy will direct from a script by Jeff Buhler (The Midnight Meat Train), and the film is produced by Tripp Vinson (The Rite, The Exorcism of Emily Rose) with Daniel Bekerman, Lisa Zambri, Nick Spicer and Jeff Buhler executive producing.

Production is expected to begin this month in Toronto.

Synopsis:

A mother who, concerned about her young son’s disturbing behavior, thinks something supernatural may be affecting him.
