NEWS
Deep Purple co-founder/original keyboardist Jon Lord passed away at the age of 71 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. May he rest in peace.
Jamie’s Elsewhere frontman Aaron Pauley has left the band. He is currently playing bass and providing clean vocals for Of Mice & Men, although it is unknown if he is a permanent member. Read statements from the band and Pauley here.
Between the Buried and Me will release a new album entitled The Parallax II: Future Sequence on October 9 via Metal Blade Records. The artwork can be seen here.
MUSIC
Stream Bury Tomorrow‘s new album, Union of Crowns, here. The UK metalcore band’s latest effort is out this week via Nuclear Blast Records.
Listen to a new A Tragedy In Progress song entitled “Unwilling to Settle” here. The band, featuring the original line-up of Across Five Aprils, will release their new album, Mechanical Weather, on August 28 via Indianola Records.
Listen to a new Scum of the Earth song entitled “The Devil Made Me Do It 3” here. Their new album, The Devil Made Me Do It, will be released on August 28. The group features members of Rob Zobmie’s band.
