It may not be Left 4 Dead 3, but the new downloadable content for Left 4 Dead 2 is an absolute blast to the face of zombie gore goodness. Read on as our newest addition, Casey King, digs into the meat of things!

This community-created campaign throws you deep in the backwoods to face thousands of zombies as you battle your way to a helicopter rescue. Don’t let the water or waves of zombies sweep you away to your death. Also included with the Cold Stream DLC are some maps from the original Left 4 Dead – Blood Harvest, Crash Course, Dead Air, and Death Toll.

But that’s not all! Want to play Gib Fest with some friends? Looking for a competitive game of confogl? Maybe you want to relax with the solitary pursuits of Lone Gunman or Last Man on Earth? With this update all of the Mutations are now available to you all the time. Xbox players will need to own The Passing DLC for access to Mutations.
