Wes Craven and Universal Cable Adapting Steve Niles’ The Disciples
Back in October of last year we got the early details on Steve Niles’ upcoming sci-fi/horror comic The Disciples, and now word has come that it’s potentially heading to the small screen via Universal Cable Productions with Wes Craven attached to exec produce.
Per THR’s Heat Vision Blog, UCP (“Being Human,” “Defiance”) is in the process of picking up the rights to the title, which is due to hit stands in a few months from Black Mask Studios. Co-exec producing with Craven will be Sara Bottfeld of Industry Entertainment plus Black Mask co-founders Matt Pizzolo, Brett Gurewitz, and Niles.
