8 Steamy Erotic Thrillers On Netflix Sure To Spice Up Your Weekend
People have been Netflix and chilling since the olden days when the company would mail DVDs to our homes. Because they know their fan base, the site usually has a long list of titillating thrillers to help set the mood. This means no matter what you’re into, the app has you covered. With spring in the air, we thought it was time to take inventory of the steamy offerings on the streamer this season. After all, nothing says summer is coming like a marathon of movies where people get it on. You probably don’t want to watch these eight titles with your parents.
365 Days
A woman’s efforts to save her relationship are derailed when she gets kidnapped by a member of a Sicilian Mafia family. The abduction clearly leads to Bone Town in this erotic thriller. I wanted to judge her, but I saw this man, and now I completely understand. If you’re here for a sexy and ridiculous party, you’re in luck. It has two sequels on Netflix as well. 365 Days: This Day and The Next 365 Days prove that this franchise can only get more outlandish as this couple finds new ways to fuck around and find out.
Berlin Syndrome (2017)
After some impromptu sexcapades with a stranger, a woman finds herself trapped in a man’s apartment in an obsessive relationship. Many of us clicked on this because Max Riemelt comes from the sexy show Sense8. We expected to see the hottie having a lot of sex in a basic thriller, but not like this. Not only is the idea of being trapped in a relationship harrowing enough to me but also being physically stuck in an apartment with a man? I throw up and cry every time I think about this scenario. However, there’s a lot of sexy stuff for those of you not as traumatized by this as I am.
Body Double (1985)
A peeping tom’s obsession with a woman results in him witnessing her murder in this neo-noir erotic thriller. Not only is this steamy mystery directed and co-written by Brian De Palma (Carrie and Dressed to Kill), but it also stars Melanie Griffith (Night Moves and The Drowning Pool) and Gregg Henry (Just Before Dawn and Fair Game). Let all of those names sink in, and then check out this deadly sexy title while she’s on Netflix. Be sure you watch the credits too, even though the app makes it difficult to do that nowadays.
Burning Betrayal (2023)
After discovering her partner has betrayed her, a woman heads out on a sexy adventure. However, getting under a new man to get over the previous one leads to danger. This movie is basically 3 sex scenes in a see-through raincoat that has been left open. 50 Shades Of Meh could never! I also love that this movie was like, “What’s the point of being heartbroken when you can get your back broken?” I wish more breakup movies had that energy, to be honest.
Deadly Illusions (2021)
A writer suffering from writer’s block gets inspiration after she hires a nanny and begins to blur the lines between fiction and reality. They had most of us when they cast Kristin Davis (every damn Sex and the City installment) and Dermot Mulroney (Scream VI and You’re Killing Me) in a steamy thriller. However, to drive home the point, the trailer made it clear everyone in the film is going to handle this woman’s boobs as if there’s a genie living in there waiting to grant wishes. This is possibly, and surprisingly, one of the most random titles on this list.
High Society (2018)
An art gallery owner and her husband, a professor with political ambitions, will do anything to get ahead. This steamy South Korean movie tries to sell you on the drama, but it is never beating the severe sex and nudity label the people we laugh at gave it on IMDb. It also stars the super handsome Park Hae Il (The Host and Memories Of Murder) to make matters even sexier. I recommend it if you want a little more plot the next time you Netflix and chill. However, I’m also biased about Korean cinema, so what do I know?
Lang Tong (2015)
A womanizer has an affair with the sister of the woman he’s currently seeing. This erotic thriller from Singapore gets right to business and knows what she’s about. She’s here for a steamy time, but not a long time, and clocks in at 83 minutes. I’m also here because this ride includes penis dismemberment, and that’s a cause I support with my full chest. While I can’t tell you if you’ll think it’s worth all the content warnings to get to, I feel cinematic dick mutilations are the best use of fake peens. Bravo, friends!
White Girl (2016)
A college girl falls for a guy during a steamy summer in New York City and will go to extremes to get him back. If you like steamy movies that are filled with sex and coke, then this is the one for you. This 2016 movie feels right out of an earlier time regarding how it navigates sex, race, crime, and drugs. However, it’s also possibly one of the sexiest movies exploring privilege you’ll find on Netflix. Plus, many of the reviews are legitimate gems that spark joy when reading what people take away from the film’s themes.

There you have it. 8 steamy thrillers that are streaming on Netflix you can watch instead of being disappointed by Mea Culpa. I wouldn’t say I’m a hero, but could Superman do all this? I think not!
Did this list of streamy Netflix titles change your weekend plans? Did some sexy thrillers on the app not make the list? Then let me know at @misssharai, but feel free to skimp on the details. Because I believe that we should all continue knowing less about each other and our…personal endeavors.
