Funko Unleashes Garbage Pail Kids Vinyl Figures

A beloved staple of the 1980s, the Garbage Pail Kids are still as popular today as they ever were, the initial line of Topps trading cards spawning all sorts of spin-off merchandise in recent years. Now Funko is getting in on the fun, giving the characters the vinyl treatment.

Per The Cardboard Connection, Funko just released a line of Garbage Pail Kids vinyl figures, depicting the likes of Adam Bomb, Leaky Lindsay, and Ali Gator. The “Mystery Minis” are packaged in the blind box style so you don’t know whom you’re bringing home until you, well, get home.

Each of the toys stand approximately 3-3/4″ tall, which makes them about a full inch larger than Funko’s other figures of this sort. Previously released “Mystery Minis” lineups were devoted to characters from “The Walking Dead” as well as horror and science fiction icons.

Inserted 1:12 boxes, all of the figures are made in equal quantities. Unlike a lot of “Mystery Minis” lines, there are no short prints. Twelve different figures are available in total.

The full checklist includes Adam Bomb, Ali Gator, Bony Tony, Dead Ted, Ghastly Ashley, Hot Scott, Leaky Lindsay, Mad Mike, Nasty Nick, Clark Can’t, New Wave Dave, and Teevee Stevie.
