Demonic Toys Jack-Attack Statue Pops Out of the Box This September
It’s an unpopular opinion, I’m sure, but I believe Full Moon’s Demonic Toys is a thoroughly enjoyable B-movie. Charles Band’s obsession with pint-sized killers covers a lot of ground, but I’ve always felt Toys was a franchise that needed more love. The long-awaited sequel didn’t do the characters justice, and I’d love to see them show up in a flick that actually puts them to good use.
The folks at Full Moon seem to understand that Demonic Toys has a very loyal following, otherwise they wouldn’t have assembled the extremely nifty Jack-Attack resin statue that’s slated for release later this year. The nine-inch-tall figure lovingly brings the character to life, which is definitely good news for those of us who need a twisted Jack in the Box to take up space on our shelves.
Full Moon provides the following description of the statue.
Long-requested by fans, everyone’s favorite DEMONIC TOY features intricately-sculpted details, crafted in heavy polystone and beautifully hand-painted. Sitting in his trademark box, JACK is ready to add possessed mayhem to your toy shelf! Limited Edition: only 1000 will be made.
The Demonic Toys Jack-Attack statue will set you back $34.95. And if you’re one of the first 50 individuals to place your order, filmmaker Charles Band will put his snazzy signature right on the box. You can’t beat that. Jack-Attack will begin shipping on September 1, 2015.
