From the Press Release:
Jason R. Miller is currently in production on the follow-up to his feature directorial debut with Bloodhound — a neo-noir, docu-style thriller in the vein of Se7en and Nightcrawler. Miller is also known for producing the indie horror films Frozen, Hatchet II, and Chillerama.
Ed Ackerman (Frozen, 17 Again) and David Foy (Hatchet II) star in the film that also features Miles Dougal (Director’s Cut, Detroit Rock City), Jess Allen (Broken Glass), and Silvia Moore (Lords of Salem, Chillerama).
In BLOODHOUND private investigator Abel Walker (Ackerman), along with his cameraman, Jim (Foy), are on the hunt for a missing woman. As they unravel the mystery of her disappearance, they become caught in a sick and violent game that will end in murder.
Miller is directing from a screenplay he wrote, and the film is being produced by Unidentified Productions, which Miller formed with producing partners Parry Shen and Eddie Mui in 2013. James Rossi is executive producer.
