Scandinavian Thriller Sensoria Nabs Worldwide Distribution
A whole lot of genre news has been coming out of the Cannes Film Festival this week, bringing to our attention various upcoming films that should by all means be on our radars. We’ve got another one to tell you about today, and it hails from the wonderful kingdom of Scandinavia!
Screen Daily reports that Toronto-based 108 Media has acquired worldwide rights to Christian Hallman’s Swedish thriller Sensoria with plans to distribute the film in North America later this year. They’re introducing it to buyers at the Cannes Marche this week.
This Swedish shocker is directed and produced by Christian Hallman and stars Scandinavian actress Lanna Olsson.
Sensoria centers on a woman in her late thirties who is on the hunt for a new beginning after losing almost everything she cares for in the world. But soon after moving into an old apartment, she realizes that she is not alone.
