Just two episodes are left in this stellar second season of WGN America’s “Salem,” and if you’re anything like us, you’re dying for some clues of what’s ahead in Sunday night’s Episode 2.12, “Midnight Never Come.”  While the synopsis mentions peril for a lot of the characters, the one we’re most concerned about is Ashley Madekwe’s Tituba, who seems to have landed in the Countess’ clutches.

As the final countdown to the consecration begins, Alden (Shane West) is in a fight for his life as Mary (Janet Montgomery) makes a last-ditch effort to save their son (Oliver Bell).

Meanwhile, Anne (Tamzin Merchant) contends with her sudden custody of a new guest; Cotton (Seth Gabel) receives some disturbing news; and Countess Marburg (Lucy Lawless) reveals a shocking secret. Written by Adam Simon and Donna Thorland; directed by Alexander Zakrzewski.
