MTV’s Scream: Meet the Nerds and Choose Your Own Murder
It’s time to meet some more characters from MTV’s “Scream” (although one of them is pulling double-duty since we’ve met him already). Along with introducing you to a pair of “Scholars” (aka “Nerds”), we also have info on a new interactive game released by the network that allows you to “Choose Your Own Murder.”
First up is your introduction to Noah (played by John Karna), who also fills the shoes of the Fool, or the show’s comic relief. He’s joined by Piper (played by Amelia Rose Blaire). Noah is the horror expert, the guy who knows what’s going to happen, while Piper is nosy and in everyone’s business. Will their arrogance lead to their demise? We can only hope!
As for the game mentioned above, viewers now have the opportunity to “Choose You Own Murder.” The personalized, frightful story (created with company Interlude) unfolds differently depending on the picks each user makes. (For example, would you go check out a mysterious noise or ignore it?)
But the end result is always the same: There will be blood, and you will be slaughtered. It might come after your first selection or maybe your last. So, are you going to be axed after dialing the popo or perish while hiding in the closet? Ghostface is coming to get ya, and you aren’t escaping this scary scenario alive…

Along with Karna and Blaire, “Scream” stars Willa Fitzgerald as Emma, Bex Taylor-Klaus as Audrey, Amadeus Serafini as Kieran, Tom Maden as Jake, Connor Weil as Will, Carlson Young as Brooke, Tracy Middendorf as Maggie, and Jason Wiles as Sheriff Hudson. Jamie Travis directed the pilot.
