Robert Kirkman, most known to us horror fans for creating “The Walking Dead,” steps into the feature film game with AIR, and he’s bringing zombie-killing badass Norman Reedus along with him. The trailer for the Kirkman-produced film has arrived, and it promises claustrophobic horrors. Dig it!
AIR, which was directed by Christian Cantamessa (Red Dead Redemption, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor) and arrives in theaters, On Demand, and Digital on August 14th, also stars Academy Award nominee Djimon Hounsou.
Synopsis:
AIR tells the story of two custodial workers tasked with maintaining an underground facility housing the last remnants of society (who are all in a cryogenic sleep) after the atmosphere has been rendered unbreathable as a result of nuclear fallout. Reedus and Hounsou’s characters wake for their scheduled routine check-up and … well, things do not go routinely.
