Directed by Cain, written by Jake Helgren, and featuring FX from Joseph Lawson, Terror Birds stars Greg Evigan (Megaconda, TekWar), Leslie Easterbrook (Lavalantula, The Devil’s Rejects), Jessica Lee Keller (Disney’s Teen Beach), Lindsey Sporrer, Dillon Cavitt, Evan Miller, and Sarah Joy Byington. Kevan Otto and Jake Helgren are producing the film for Mar Vista Entertainment. Terror Birds was shot over 12 days just outside of Austin, TX, at Spiderwood Studios and Trail’s End.

Synopsis:
When Maddy Stern discovers her father has gone missing during a routine birdwatching excursion, she and her college pals trek out into the wilderness to find him, only to end up in a wealthy scientist’s desolate ranch aviary, where they encounter a pair of giant, hungry terror birds believed to be extinct for centuries.
