Twin Peaks – What’s Old Is New Again
A new “Twin Peaks” promo has made its way online, and we have it for you right now. Nothing new to see here as it’s comprised of old footage, but damn, does it get us excited anyway!
Robert Knepper and Amanda Seyfried are the newbies in the cast. The only original actor officially confirmed for the new “Twin Peaks” is star Kyle MacLachlan, who is set to reprise his role as Dale Cooper. Many other fan favorite characters from the ABC run of the series are expected to return. “You should be optimistic that the people you want to be there will be there, in addition to some surprises,” said Showtime president David Nevins a while back.
Rumored to be coming back are David Patrick Kelly, reprising his role as Jerry Horne. Richard Beymer has also been rumored to be resurrecting his character of Jerry’s brother, Benjamin.
“Twin Peaks” is currently in production with Lynch directing. He is expected to shoot the series continuously as a movie and later cut it into episodes.
