Paranormal Activity on Its Way? Rumor Addressed.
Wow. What a road. Tonight rumblings began regarding the release of Oren Peli’s Paranormal Activity (review here). Some sites are touting a release date as early as September 25th, 2009. Could it be?
It’s looking good for the answer to be a much welcomed yes, BUT there’s a bit more to things, and nothing is set in stone just yet.
Truth be told these reports are slightly premature. When the official word is ready to come down, we promise you’ll get it right here.
In the interim, good on Paramount for being confident enough in the film to apparently forgo the whole remake idea (at least for now) thereby giving Paranormal Activity the chance it deserves to scare the hell out of audiences in its original and truly frightening form.
