Andrew Robertson’s Short Film Don’t Say Her Name Is Simply Terrifying

The Bloody Mary legend always scared the hell out of me, which is why, to this day, Candyman gives me a serious case of the creeps. I still have a very difficult time looking into a mirror in a dark room. And forget about me saying “Bloody Mary” — it’s just not going to happen. I know that sounds incredibly stupid, but it’s 100 percent true. I’m a total scaredy-cat when it comes to these things.

Passerby Films’ Andrew Robertson has delivered one hell of a short film. Don’t Say Her Name would have totally warped me as a kid, so it’s kind of good that I discovered it in my mid-30s. It’s pretty terrifying. There’s a chance you may not feel the same way, especially if Bloody Mary does nothing for you. But if creepy things in mirrors give you the willies, this is definitely for you.
