New Daybreakers Trailer Has Some Bite

A new trailer debuted online today for 2010’s first vampire opus Daybreakers, and any and all Twilight fans should sit up and take notice of the savage side of these creatures of the night. It isn’t always about sparkling, you know!

Synopsis
Edward Dalton is a researcher in the year 2019, in which an unknown plague has transformed the world’s population into vampires. As the human population nears extinction, vampires must capture and farm every remaining human, or find a blood substitute before time runs out. However, a covert group of vampires makes a remarkable discovery, one which has the power to save the human race.

Look for Daybreakers in theatres January 8th, 2010, from Lionsgate. Check out the new trailer below courtesy of Yahoo! Movies.
