Go Deep Inside the Universal Monster Legacy

As you may or may not have been aware, December 1st was a full moon, and in its honor, Universal Pictures has released a couple of items for the studio’s upcoming remake of The Wolfman. Check out the new features that will take you behind-the-scenes of this horrifying tale and deep inside the Universal Monster Legacy.

As we told you earlier today, a Wolfman “lunar phase” application has been launched on Facebook. “When the moon is full, the legend of the Wolfman comes to life.” Happy hunting!

In addition, a new website, Universal Monster Legacy, has been launched to assist fans in exploring all of Universal’s classic monster movies. Beginning in 1923, Universal Studios single-handedly invented the horror genre by introducing the world to the likes of Frankenstein, Dracula, and The Wolfman. These timeless classics, amongst many others, are still revered and admired today. In anticipation of Universal Pictures’ classic retelling of The Wolfman, rare clips, images, and music are available at Universal’s Monster Legacy. Experience them all by clicking the below image … if you dare!

Lastly, to go along with the numerous other posters released thus far for The Wolfman (click here to see them all in our The Wolfman Gallery), a Russian one-sheet has found its way online, and you can dig on it below. Look for the film here in the US on February 12th, 2010.
