Ryan Reynolds and Deadpool Writers Find Life on Mars
Ryan Reynolds has always been an awesome dude and a great actor, but now that Deadpool is breaking all kinds of box office records, he’s officially a bankable leading man. What’s next for Reynolds? Well, you’ll be happy to hear that he’s already re-teaming with Deadpool‘s scribes!
Per Deadline, Reynolds is in talks to star alongside Rebecca Ferguson (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation) in Life, a Skydance Productions film that Daniel Espinosa (Safe House) will direct from a script by Deadpool writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese.
Life is described as a big-scale film focusing on a Mars mission that finds intelligent alien life.
Skydance’s David Ellison and Dana Goldberg are producing with Bonnie Curtis and Julie Lynn. Paramount is expected to be the distributor.
