Emily Ratajkowski Joining Natalie Dormer In Darkness

After playing dual roles as twin sisters in this year’s The Forest, Natalie Dormer (“Game of Thrones”) next heads into horror territory once more for Anthony Byrne’s In Darkness. Dormer co-wrote the script with Byrne, and we’ve got the latest casting news for ya today. So grab your flashlight and read on!

Per Deadline, Emily Ratajkowski has just inked a deal to star alongside Dormer, Ed Skrein (Deadpool), and Stacy Martin (Nymphomanic Vol. 1) in the thriller. The actress burst onto the scene courtesy of Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” music video, and also had roles in Gone Girl and We Are Your Friends.

In Darkness is a psychological revenge thriller about blind musician Sophia (Dormer), who gets pulled into London’s dark underbelly after she hears a murder committed in the apartment above her. Ratajkowski plays Veronique, the fractured daughter of the antagonist Radic, and is pivotal to Sophia’s quest for revenge.

UK-based management and production company 42’s Ben Pugh and Josh Varney are set to produce In Darkness alongside Byrne, with Rory Aitken & Josh Horsfield exec producing. Production is scheduled to begin in the spring.
