Tarantino & Bishop Raise Hell

Tarantino brought him back, briefly, for a role in Kill Bill, but now he’s handing Larry Bishop (pictured) a wad of cash to bring a badass-sounding blood-and-sex-soaked tale of revenge to the big screen.

It’s called Hell Ride, and will be written, directed and star Bishop, he of such films as The Devil’s 8 and Shanks. Production Weekly is reported on the deal, calling the film a “chopper opera” in which Bishop will play a badass biker named Pistelero who, along with his brother The Gent and Comanche, head out to enact revenge the death of his, ahem, “old lady”, by the hands of a rival biker gang called The 666ers.

Sounds like just the kind of movie Tarantino should throw money at to make sure it gets made and I know I for one am pretty psyched to see what comes of it. Production is set to start up in late April for Hell Ride so look for more info real soon!
