Halo-8 Reveals Godkiller Episode 2 DVD Art and Specs
Its release date got pushed back a bit, but tomorrow, January 26th, Episode 2 of Matt Pizzolo’s “illustrated film” Godkiller: Walk Among Us hits retail store shelves, and we’ve got your first look at the DVD box art and a list of the specs.
Godkiller Episode 2 is a limited-edition shortform DVD that makes innovative use of the transmedia storytelling style by including digital comic book PDFs and a serialized prequel novel (as both an audiobook MP3 and an e-book PDF) on the data portion of the DVD.

Godkiller: Walk Among Us is the epic story of a boy on a quest to save his dying sister. It takes place in a dark future after economic collapse, after nuclear holy war, and after Earth is colonized by alien races. Tommy and his kid sister Lucy live in an orphanage in one of the few remaining city-states, but Lucy is critically ill and desperately in need of a new heart. Tommy’s odyssey to find a new heart for his sister begins when he follows an organ-stealing prostitute named Halfpipe out of the city-state and into the savage borderland known as Outer City.
Godkiller‘s eclectic cast of voice actors includes Danielle Harris, Lance Henriksen, Justin Pierre, Tiffany Shepis, Bill Moseley, Nicki Clyne, Katie Nisa, Lydia Lunch, and Davey Havok. Its innovative release schedule that brings the episodic nature of comic books to DVD will roll out as follows:
