WESTMORE
The legendary Westmore Hollywood Dynasty of makeup artists goes all the way back to the silent era of films. George Westmore, master wig maker, created the first makeup department at a motion picture studio. After Westmore’s passing, his sons carried on the dynasty, working as department heads at all the major studios. Join Academy Award winner Mike Westmore as he discusses his family history as well as his own illustrious career. Moderated by Verne Langdon.

At a time when most movie-related publications concentrated on the stars in front of the camera, Forry promoted the behind-the-scenes artists involved in the magic of movies.
