During WonderCon 2016, our own Ted H. watched the first episode of The CW’s upcoming event series “Containment,” and you can read his thoughts and quick Q&A with exec producer Julie Plec here.  If you’re intrigued, then check out a pair of new teaser trailers plus a couple more character interviews.

First up, we hear from Christina Marie Moses, followed by George Young.

Will you be tuning in when the show premieres on April 19th? Share your thoughts in our comments section!

Based on the original Belgian series “Cordon,” created by Carl Joos for Eyeworks, “Containment” is produced by My So-Called Company in association with Warner Bros. Television, with executive producers Julie Plec (“The Vampire Diaries,” “The Originals”), Matt Corman (“Covert Affairs”), and Chris Ord (“Covert Affairs”).

“Containment” stars Trevor St. John, Kristen Gutoskie, David Gyasi, Claudia Black, Hanna Mangan Lawrence, George Young, Miles Doleac, Christina Marie Moses, and Chris Wood.

Synopsis:
When a mysterious and deadly epidemic breaks out in Atlanta, a vast urban quarantine is quickly enforced, forcing those stuck on the inside to fight for their lives while local and federal officials desperately search for a cure.

Scarred For Life
Episode 50: Sean Keller Was Terrified Watching Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970)
We're incredibly excited to share our 50th episode with special guest the talented and multi-hyphenate Sean Keller. He co-wrote the screenplay to Dario Argento's Giallo and last year's Into the Dark episode "All That We Destroy" but he's also a musician. His latest Halloween album called Revenge of the Killer Sounds of Halloween debuts September 22nd! Not only did we get a sneak peak but we are sharing MB and Terry's favorite song off the album "You Won't See Me." Oh yeah...and Sean ALSO created our theme song. After discussing his career, we turn our attention to Beneath the Planet of the Apes a film that surprises even in 2020 with its anti-war and anti-ignorance themes. Religions, war and anti-thought scientists get taken to task as we unpack the WTFery of it all.
