Kat Graham Leaving The Vampire Diaries After Season 8
“The Vampire Diaries” has managed to (barely) weather the storm of its leading lady, Nina Dobrev, leaving the show after six seasons; and now another cast member has announced that Season 8 will be her last…
Kat Graham, aka witch-in-residence Bonnie Bennett, revealed that she’ll be taking off for greener pastures following the recently announced eighth season of “TVD.” She told Us Weekly, “Season 8 will be my last season… But you know what, another season is a whole other year, and we’re going to blow it out!”
As for what’s ahead for Bonnie in the near term, Graham spilled, “There’s some really intense stuff with my character this season. I think the biggest episodes I’ve ever had are 7.20 [airing April 29] and 7.21 [airing May 6]. It’s pretty major for the character — huge turns, a lot of stunts and cool shit!”
Before those “big” events, however, we still have this Friday’s Episode 7.17, “I Went to the Woods.”
“The Vampire Diaries” Episode 7.17 – “I Went to the Woods” (4/8/16; 8:00-9:00 pm)

Finally, when Rayna (guest star Leslie-Anne Huff) discovers the emergence of a new threat, she sets off on her own mission to find Stefan before the others do.
