Drain Babies Proof of Concept Trailer Unveiled
Writer/director Luke Oberholtzer dropped us a line today to let us know that a proof of concept trailer has been released for his new film Drain Babies. With the horror/comedy’s description stating that it “mixes The Blob, Scream, and 80’s B-horror with the humor and camaraderie found in American Pie and The 40-Year-Old Virgin,” how could we resist sharing it?
Drain Babies stars Elena Rose, Burke McLain, Andrew Ellsworth, and Andrew Olas. It’s written and directed by Oberholtzer, who came up with the story along with Chris Bruton; produced by Oberholtzer and Drew Byerly; and executive produced by Kevin Wilson.

Synopsis:
Rick Little, an 18-year-old virgin, skirting the dreaded “friend zone,” works up the courage to ask Heather, the girl of his dreams, to prom… until he unwittingly creates a sewer-dwelling sperm monster that terrorizes the community. Rick sets out with his two best friends in a race against time to uncover the truth and stop the monster before it destroys everything they’ve ever loved.
