From the Press Release
Breaking news as horror writer/director Michael S. Rodriguez announces yet another segment to his horror anthology three years in the making. The segment and wraparound story for The Last American Horror Show, titled “Love Starved” has just begun pre-production and is set to film in early June of this year. Leading the cast are the beautiful and talented Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp), Tiffani Brooke Fest (Circus of the Dead), and Marv Blauvelt (Slice of Life).

“Love Starved” tells the story of lonely shut-in Angelina (Rose), who seeks some normality in her somewhat abnormal life by meeting with a man (Blauvelt) she becomes acquainted with through an online Christian dating site. Despite her protective sister’s (Fest) wishes, she invites him to her home for their first encounter. Angelina’s date arrives, and things are off to a normal start, but as the evening progresses, so does a much darker chain of events… as we come to find they are both not what they seem.

This is the fourth short film from award-winner Rodriguez, and it will be available on DVD, Blu-ray, and VOD in early 2017 as part of his feature anthology The Last American Horror Show courtesy of SGL Entertainment.
