“Supernatural” has had quite a few showrunners during its 11-season (and counting) run, and the series is about to get another… two in fact!

Per TVLine, with current showrunner Jeremy Carver set to helm a new show (“Frequency,” also on The CW), he’ll be stepping down at the end of this season; and Robert Singer and Andrew Dabb will take over. Singer has been with “Supernatural since Season 1 as an exec producer, director, and occasional writer. Dabb joined the series in Season 4, working his way up from writer/story editor to co-executive producer.

“Supernatural” was created in 2005 by Eric Kripke, who was also the showrunner through Season 5. Sera Gamble assumed the role for Seasons 6 and 7 before Carver took over.
