New Friday the 13th to Feature a Family Reunion
While doing press for the kick-ass new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, Platinum Dunes producers Brad Fuller and Andrew Form spoke a bit more about the upcoming new Friday the 13th film.
Last week news broke that the flick would include another origin story, and Fuller and Form dropped some more info for fans!
“We’re going to go back, and we’re going to meet that family,” Fuller told Yahoo, speaking of the Voorhees clan.
Form confirmed, adding, “We’re going to meet the family. You’re gonna meet Pamela, Elias, and Jason. And you’re gonna see how it all happened.”
Jason is tentatively set to return on January 13, 2017. The film is being written by Aaron Guzikowski (Prisoners).
