Horizon Zero Dawn Gets a Stunning New Trailer and Release Date Ahead of E3

Horizon Zero Dawn could be one of the few PS4 exclusives that the console would be worth buying just to play. The beautiful post-apocalyptic fantasy RPG from Killzone developer Guerrilla Games not only looks incredible, but it also offers a huge open-world environment with a ton of things to see and do.

Guerrilla took to the PlayStation Blog to reveal a new trailer that sheds some new details on protagonist Aloy, along with the news that it launches on 1st March 2017, after having been in development since 2011.

For more information on Horizon Zero Dawn, stay tuned for E3 next week, where Sony will be proudly showcasing what will likely be remembered as one of the PS4’s crowning achievements.

Synopsis:
The masters of the new wilderness are teeming herds of fearsome Machines.

Play as Aloy, shunned by her tribe since birth, as she harnesses her agility, cunning, and deadly aim to hunt these terrifying mechanized creatures. Face insurmountable odds to turn predators to prey. Fuse primitive gear with advanced tech to create unique weapons and explore dangerous landscapes.

Alone against warring tribes, unforgiving wilds, and Machines of all shapes and sizes, can you survive long enough to discover your destiny among the deepest secrets of the ancient past?
