You Are Not Alone Bringing First-Person Horror to VOD

Who could ever forget the opening sequence of John Carpenter’s Halloween, which showed Michael Myers’ very first kill from his point of view? Derek Mungor is flipping that idea on its head with his Fourth of July slasher film You Are Not Alone, which is shot from the perspective of the final girl rather than the killer.

Sounds pretty cool, eh? It’ll hit VOD on June 23, and you can check out the trailer below!

Developed by Chris O’Brien, Jonald Reyes, Mike Maggio, and Derek Mungor, You Are Not Alone is a point-of-view horror film that puts the audience into the perspective of the victim, a very interesting concept to personalize the terror of the movie. Written by Mungor (who also directed) and O’Brien, You Are Not Alone stars Krista Dzialosynski, David O’Brien, Mary Mikva, Keenan Camp, Nikki Pierce, Eric Wood, Tony Rossi, Katie Johnston-Smith, and Dan Abbate.
