E3 2016: Inside Trailer Oppresses Me with Silence

Sometimes, it’s the little snippets that whet my appetite more than the massive headlining trailers. Such was the case for Firewatch during last year’s Sony press conference, but this year it’s Microsoft with their trailer for Inside. Check it out!

From the creators of Limbo, Playdead’s new title Inside is already creating a lot of buzz. Behind closed doors, those that have demoed the game call it fantastic. While I haven’t had the pleasure of playing it yet, the aesthetic is stark and oppressive. The emotion they craft in 60 seconds without music or dialogue is both artistic mastery and terribly disturbing.

This is one that I will be watching closely, and as soon as I have more concrete information, I’ll update you.
