Suck a candy cane, Krampus—Shelved introduces a new menace to terrorize families this holiday season!

Shelved is the latest feature from Cullen Park Productions. It’s currently filming in Northwest Ohio and will have a limited theatrical release on December 9. Read on for the details!

From the Press Release:
Private Gumdrop of Santa’s Special Ops has been sent on a mission to spy on the conduct of the little boys and girls of the world. What Santa didn’t expect was that his elf would transgress and terrorize the Montgomery family. Now the family must decide how they will defeat an elf with the power of Kringle and conscience of Krampus.

The film was penned by Lindsay LaForest, who was also the screenwriter for Cullen Park’s previous film, Pi Day Die Day. Michael E. Cullen, owner of the company, will return to the director’s chair.

Shelved is a “slashomedy,” a genre Cullen has experimented with in previous endeavors.

The producers are currently gathering the budget for Shelved via Indiegogo. Along with all the typical perks offered by indie filmmakers (internet shout-out, tickets to the premiere, DVD, etc.), there are a few kickass gifts under the Christmas tree for extra-generous contributors. Ever wanted to be dismembered on camera by a two-foot tall doll and then turned into a gory stocking stuffer? Then Shelved is truly a campaign after your own heart.
