More Cast Members Leaving Sleepy Hollow; New Characters & Location Revealed

“Sleepy Hollow” fans have a lot to be concerned about regarding the show’s surprise renewal for a fourth season. Former leading lady Nicole Beharie isn’t the only one leaving as TVLine reports that Lance Gross and Jessica Camacho, who played FBI boss Daniel Reynolds and agent Sophie Foster, respectively, will not be returning as series regulars in Season 4.

Camacho is expected to make a guest appearance or two, but Gross will not be back at all. They join the previously departed Beharie (Abbie), Zach Appelman (Joe), Nikki Reed (Betsy), and Shannyn Sossamon (Pandora).

So, who will Tom Mison’s Ichabod Crane character be hanging out with when the series shifts its setting from the town of Sleepy Hollow to Washington, D.C., besides Miss Jenny (Lyndie Greenwood, who we assume will be returning)? All told, “Sleepy Hollow” is adding five new series regulars, including Anna, a supernatural skeptic, single mother, and former military officer who recently began working in the Secret Service’s “Basement” (a low-priority X-Files-like division); her 11-year-old daughter, Stella; endearingly eager research analyst Seth; a female “MacGyver” by the name of Rosa; and a new male villain.

Production on the show’s 13-episode fourth season is slated to commence in early August in Atlanta ahead of an expected early 2017 premiere.
