Netflix Finally Delivers a Trailer for Rebirth
We gave the Netflix film Rebirth (review) a lot of love following its world premiere at Tribeca this past spring; and now that it’s finally arriving on the streaming service this Friday, July 15th, we have a trailer to share.
Written and directed by Karl Mueller and starring Fran Kranz, Adam Goldberg, Nicky Whelan, Kat Foster, Pat Healy, and Harry Hamlin, Rebirth tells the tale of a cult (or is it?) that gives people a new lease on life… but only if they’re willing to pay the price. It simultaneously satirizes the buddy comedy and embraces the thriller format, resulting in a film that is at one moment hilarious and at the next, deeply disturbing.
Synopsis:
Get up. Go to work. Come home, dinner, bed, do it all again. That’s life, every day, every year, until you die — unless you’ve got what it takes to be reborn. Rebirth gives a new lease on life, but only if you’re willing to pay the price.
