We’re giving you your fair warning now. We’re about to drop some spoilers from Godzilla Resurgence on you. If you don’t want anything spoiled about the flick, do NOT read this story. If you’re a curious nut who cannot wait to see the film for him/herself much like we are, have at it!

Over on Skreeonk.com the powers-that-be have posted some images from the film that were scanned from a collectible movie book at the flick’s premiere. In the pictures we see that Godzilla’s energy cannot be focused or contained! As a result he shoots a laser-like blast of energy not only from his mouth, but also from his back spines and even his tail.

Directed by Attack on Titan‘s Hideaki Anno and Shinji Higuchi and written by Hideaki Anno, the film stars Hiroki Hasegawa, Yutaka Takenouchi, Satomi Ishihara, Rando Yaguchi, and Ren Osugi. The flick runs 118 minutes. Look for it Stateside some time this fall from FUNimation.

Synopsis:
After a mysterious accident occurs in the tunnels of the Tokyo Bay Aqua Line, Japan’s emergency cabinet convenes to find the cause and a solution. Immediately afterwards, a huge creature appears, destroying town after town on a path of destruction to the nation’s capital… an unfathomable giant organism known as “Godzilla.”
