Madeline Brewer and Seven Others Join Bret Easton Ellis’ The Deleted
Streaming network Fullscreen Media is teaming with American Psycho scribe Bret Easton Ellis for the upcoming original series “The Deleted,” which Easton Ellis will both write and direct. The series is slated to premiere later this year, and what we’ve got on tap today is the main cast list. Read on!
Per Deadline, “Orange Is the New Black” star Madeline Brewer (below) will lead the cast, starring alongside Ian Nelson (The Hunger Games). The show follows members of a cult in Northern Washington who escaped to Los Angeles and go off the grid. When escapees begin disappearing, they’re driven to find one another for protection as nefarious cult leaders hunt them down.
Brewer plays Agatha, one of the escaped members of the cult. She’ll be joined by Nash Grier (The Outfield) as Ryder, Daniel Zovatto (“Fear the Walking Dead”) as Logan, Will Peltz (Unfriended) as Mason, Spencer Neville (Amerigeddon) as Garrett and Todd Maurer (“Scream Queens”) as Landon. Tasked with returning these runaways are current cult members played by Nelson as Parker and Amanda Cerny (Internet Famous) as Breeda.
“The Deleted” will be available exclusively on the Fullscreen SVOD platform, and via iPhone, iPad, select Android phones and Chromecast for $4.99 per month.
