Film4 Frightfest ’10: Bill Moseley Running for His Life in New Still From The Tortured
One movie we’ve been talking about here in the States for what feels like forever now is Twisted Pictures’ new flick, The Tormented starring genre favorite Bill Moseley. Unfortunately for us yanks, we’re still waiting for premiere news of our own, however the flick will be playing at this year’s Film4 FrightFest and we’ve got a new still to prove it!
The Tortured concerns an upper-middle-class couple (Jesse Metcalfe and Erika Christensen) who seize the opportunity to kidnap a ruthless pedophile (the ever-so-menacing Bill Moseley) after the person kidnaps and kills their only child. Dig on the official plot crunch below.
Synopsis
Meet Elise and Craig, an upper-middle-class couple with a beautiful son and a very good life. But that charmed life is destroyed and shattered when their only child is kidnapped and killed by a sexual deviant. Obsessed with revenge when the criminal justice system does not adequately punish the murderer, the couple seizes a golden opportunity to abduct him when a tragic accident occurs. Hold on tight as the twists and turns in director Robert Lieberman’s horror thriller continually surprise and shock.
