New Teaser and Poster Reveal the Scars of Xavier
Back in March David G gave us the first word on Scars of Xavier, the directing debut of film editor Kai E. Bogatzki, and at the time we didn’t know much about it. But Bogatzki got in touch recently to provide us with an update…
Kai, who most recently edited Marcel Walz’s Blood Feast remake, said that, as of last week, “Shooting is nearly finished, and I will start the editing within the next days.” He also furnished the official synopsis, a new teaser trailer, and a poster.
The Scars of Xavier cast includes a mix of German, American, and Italian actors such as Marc Engel, Alexia Von Wismar, Anne Alexander Sieder, Oliver Troska, Dirk Sonnenschein, Daniele Rizzo, and Isabelle Aring.
While we wait for additional info, keep your eyes on the Scars of Xavier Facebook page, where you’ll also find more behind-the-scenes photos like the one below.
Synopsis:
Xavier (Engel) is a quiet 45-year-old man who lives in Prague. By day he works in a car wash service, but by night he is a brutal and vicious serial killer who primarily targets young women… until one day he meets a waitress named Karolina, and suddenly everything changes. Knowing Karolina awakens emotions deep within him that he thought were lost a long time ago. However, these newfound emotions also kick his murderous desires into overdrive, and his urge to kill grows and grows. Can he juggle both aspects of his life, or will it all end in disaster?
