The Last Exorcism Possesses the #1 Spot at the Box Office

The only thing that can soften the horrendous news that Vampires Suck made more money for the second week in a row than Piranha 3D (thanks for bringing us one step closer to Idiocracy, brain dead America) is Lionsgate’s terror tale The Last Exorcism nabbing the top honors at the box office this weekend. I guess the devil made us do it!

According to Box Office Mojo the flick opened with a very healthy estimated $21.3 million. At least theatre-goers get it right sometimes.

The Daniel Stamm directed film, which was produced by Eli Roth, is in theatres now. Check out the official The Last Exorcism Facebook page for more; then dig on the official The Last Exorcism website here.
