Blu-ray and DVD Artwork Debut for Late Night Double Feature
Parade Deck Films has announced the release of its award-winning horror anthology Late Night Double Feature on DVD/Blu-ray and Digital in November, followed by VOD in December; and we have all the details you need right here, including a look at the film’s new artwork.
From the Press Release:
Parade Deck Films is excited to reveal the new artwork for its upcoming home entertainment release of festival favorite Late Night Double Feature (review). Directors Navin Ramaswaran (One More for the Road), Torin Langen (Fondue), and Zachary Ramelan (Dead Rush) bring you a horror anthology unlike any other with Late Night Double Feature, starring Brian Scott Carleton, Grace Armstrong, and Lewis Beach.
During a late night taping of Dr. Nasty’s Cavalcade of Horror, bloody chaos takes place while screening two features (Dinner for Monsters and Slit). Samantha, aka Nurse Nasty, becomes frustrated with how the show is being run by its womanizing director and its drunk and crazy host, Dr. Nasty, and plots revenge.
The film, an official selection at over sixteen film festivals including the Canadian Film Fest and Hot Springs Horror Festival, where it took Best Horror Film honors, arrives on DVD, Blu-ray, and Digital November 21, 2016, after a successful limited theatrical run this summer. The Blu-ray (dubbed a Deluxe Special Edition) is packed to the gills with special features, one of which is a feature length making-of documentary, while the DVD comes with three audio commentaries, and horror fans will be thrilled the Blu-ray and DVD have different covers. “We couldn’t be happier with how we’ve put this release together,” says producer and co-writer Kelly Michael Stewart. “It was important to us to put together something special for the fans with this deluxe edition of over 7 hours of special features.”
Those of you “over” physical media will be pleased to know that you can find Late Night Double Feature on DIRECTV, DISH Network, Amazon Instant Video, Google Play, and iTunes beginning December 6, 2016.
