Big Trouble in Little China Remake; Somebody Call John Carpenter! Please?
When we first reported that a new version of John Carpenter’s Big Trouble in Little China was on its way starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, we were happy because The Rock himself mentioned that he’d like Carpenter’s involvement in some way.
According to an interview with Screen Rant, here we are months later, and John is still waiting for that phone call…
“It might be crazy… it might be great,” says Carpenter of the remake and The Rock’s casting. “I don’t know. Nobody’s told me anything. No one tells me anything. [laughs] No one’s talked to me about it. Haven’t heard a thing!”
ATTENTION, Rock: Please put the smackdown already and fix this! Thanks!
