Digital genre brand Crypt TV has become quite a force to be reckoned with. Streaming right now on their Facebook page is Stream, an original, feature-length horror movie, which you can also watch right here!

From the Press Release:
Starting at approximately 6:30 PM PT on Tuesday, October 18th, Crypt TV, backed by filmmaker Eli Roth and Jason Blum’s Blumhouse Productions, is telling the story of three horror fiends who find themselves in a twisted game of kill or be killed. Stream is written and directed by Michael Ciulla and produced by Cole Payne.

The story opens when 20-year-old Laura (Kassidy Drake) finds herself in LA for the first time after winning an online contest hosted by digital horror brand Crypt TV. Having never left Texas before, this opportunity is the once-in-a-lifetime experience she’s dreamed of. Laura and two other horror fiends, Sandra (Kaya Rosenthal) and George (James Quinn), are kidnapped upon their arrival; and Laura must stream her way through a horrific game of cat-and-mouse with a demented killer, Kastor the Clown (Nick Principe).

Crypt TV has previous experience using social media platforms to tell a unique story, having last summer produced a murder mystery on Snapchat. The elaborate production of Stream consisted of building the framework of the story over the course of a month and holding extensive rehearsals to ensure a successful live production over an hour in length. The project includes practical makeup effects and live stunts to engage the Crypt TV audience at every turn. Crypt TV has already recorded over 500,000 unique viewers this month on Facebook Live of its original character Giggles the Clown.
