New “Jared Trailer” for 30 Seconds to Mars’ Short Film Hurricane
Several days ago we told you about the upcoming short film “Hurricane”, titled after the track of the same name from 30 Seconds to Mars’ latest album release, This Is War. Now the band has released the “Jared Trailer” featuring a short clip of scenes with lead singer Jared Leto.
The roughly 20-minute long “Hurricane” will be, as frontman Leto describes it, a “meditation on the violence of sex and the sex of violence. The video is a surrealistic dream, nightmare, fantasy through the streets of New York City at night where the people and places that are normally reserved for the darker recesses of this town are kind of brought into the light and celebrated. It’s like a big, giant art opening really where the freaks have taken over the town.”
Check out the special Jared Trailer along with the video preview for “Hurricane” below, and for more “like” 30 Seconds to Mars on Facebook, follow 30 Seconds to Mars on Twitter, and visit the official 30 Seconds to Mars website.
The band promises a new teaser every night this week at midnight so keep your eyes on those links and Dread Central as we’ll be posting them as well!
