Talk about hitting the fast track. It seems as if The Weinsteins are releasing new stuff for their upcoming found footage flick Apollo 18 just about every week, and that’s totally cool as far as we’re concerned because this alien flick is looking pretty kick-ass!

Spanish-language director Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego is at the film’s helm. Expect a theatrical release for Apollo 18, the sci-fi thriller based on the screenplay by Brian Miller, winner of the inaugural Astana International Action Film Festival screenplay competition, founded by Wanted director Timur Bekmambetov, on March 4th, 2011.
