A Shudder exclusive, Blind Sun premieres Thursday, February 9th.  Blind Sun is a hallucinatory dystopian debut from Lebanese female director Joyce A. Nashawati. It had its North American premiere at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival. Hailed by Screen Anarchy as “a remarkable debut, assured and detailed in its construction,” the Greece-set thriller follows Ashraf, a solitary immigrant, looking after a villa while its owners are away. Ashraf is in the middle of an intense heat wave, in a place that water is scarce; his world as he knows it is about to change.
