Paranormal Activity 2 – Another Deleted Scene Uncovered and More!

After a really long, busy weekend, it’s nice to have something spooky to start off your work week with! We’re just a couple of short weeks away from the release of Paranormal Activity 2 on Blu-ray and DVD, and to gear up for it, we got something rather interesting via snail mail today.

The package came with a sage and cedar smudge stick, a prayer from Martine, and a DVD with the words “THERE IS MORE“. After burning the sage and saying the prayer (can’t be too careful), we popped the DVD in and came across this new clip! Dig it below!

When Katie’s sister, Kristi, and her husband find their house vandalized after bringing home their new baby, they set up 24-hour surveillance cameras.

The PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 2 Blu-ray/DVD Combo and standard DVD available at retail both offer the original theatrical version of the film plus exclusive, never-before-seen found footage, including an extended, unrated version that was too intense for theaters. The Blu-ray/DVD Combo also includes a digital copy of the unrated version. The rental DVD and Blu-ray discs present the original theatrical version of the film.

The PARANORMAL ACTIVITY Blu-ray is presented in 1080p high definition with English 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio, French 5.1 Dolby Digital, Spanish 5.1 Dolby Digital, Brazilian Portuguese 5.1 Dolby Digital and English Audio Description with English, English SDH, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese subtitles. The DVD in the Combo pack is presented in English 5.1 Surround with English, French and Spanish subtitles. The single disc DVD is presented in widescreen enhanced for 16:9 televisions with Dolby Digital English 5.1 Surround, French 5.1 Surround, Spanish 5.1 Surround and English Audio Description and English, French and Spanish subtitles.

He even directed Tales from the Darkside: The Movie, which was Andrew LaSane's Scarred for Life pick, which is one of Terry's favorite movies. We chat about his long history in cinema; about how he started working with Romero to some insights into Tales from the Darkside. And we discuss his latest work, the novel Residue: Paramentals Rising, which is a sequel to the Netflix show. After learning about his horror history--including a memorable viewing of Night of the Living Dead--we find out why The Haunting terrified him as a twelve year old.
