“Saved by the Bell” was a little too cheesy for me to really enjoy as a kid, but those of you with fond memories of the show might be interested in knowing that Dustin Diamond, who starred as Screech, will be appearing in a new horror movie called The Reformatory, which is live on Indiegogo.

Described by director Clint Narramore in the video below as being “a cross between a paranormal thriller and a tribute to ’80s slasher films,” The Reformatory follows group of ghost hunters who hire a washed up actor to star in their new reality show set in the Ohio State Reformatory, but during their shoot someone or something starts picking them off one by one.

Roger Conners, director of the upcoming Night of the Living Dead: Rebirth, will also star alongside My Bloody Valentine actress Helene Udy and Jason Voorhees actor Ari Lehman. Learn more on Facebook.
