CinemaCon 2017: Wesley Snipes’ The Recall Getting Limited Deluxe Theater Release
Wesley Snipes announced at this year’s CinemaCon that his sci-fi/thriller The Recall will be getting a limited run in Barco Escape theaters, which offer a three-screen panoramic experience. The film will enter these theaters on June 2nd, where it will run for two weeks before getting a limited 2D theater release along with hitting VOD platforms on June 16th.
Additionally, on June 2nd The Recall Abduction, a twelve-minute companion virtual reality short film, will be released on all VR platforms.

Directed by Mauro Borelli, The Recall stars Snipes, Jedidah Goodacre, R.J. Mitte, Laura Bilgeri, Niko Pepaj, and Hannah Rose May. It was produced by Minds Eye Entertainment.

Synopsis:
The Recall centers on a group of friends vacationing at a remote cabin lake house when aliens attack Earth. Charlie and his friends Brendan, Annie, Rob, and Kara are forced to rely on an eccentric and mysterious hunter with special knowledge of the attack, explaining this day has been prophesied for years.
