Help Make a Gritty Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Film Become a Reality
If your’e a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, this story is for you!
Director Scotty Fields is raising money for a short film called Ninja Turtles: Blood Brothers, which will use as much practical FX as possible, including costumes, masks, and more. Per the Kickstarter page, the film will feature, “…Leather head, Krang, Triceraton, Baxter Stockman and the Mousers, the Fugitoid, Usagi Yojimbo, Casey Jones, Master Splinter, Shredder and the Foot Clan, Bebop, Rocksteady, the Rat King, April O’Neil and the Turtles of course.”
If you ever read the comics, you’ll know that originally they were pretty damn violent. If this short film is gonna be a throwback to the comics, then I have a feeling that we’re going to see Ninja Turtles the likes of which will make any horror fan happy!
The Kickstarter has over 30 days to go as of this post and aims to raise $20,000. If you want to contribute, you can do so here.
